  • How do I order a cake?
    To obtain a cake quote, simply complete the Enquiry/Contact form and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Cost is based on your individual design and number of people to feed. Just let us know your ideas no matter how big or small and I'll work my magic to design something especially for you. We can then provide you some design options if required and indicative costs. Once we've confirmed design, you'll then receive your Formal Cake Booking form which outlines the Detailed cake design, Terms & Conditions and confirmed cost, along with your Deposit Invoice (a 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking which is Non-refundable/Non-transferrable). If ordering within 4 weeks of Occasion date, Full payment is required in order to secure your booking.
  • How much notice do you need?
    We prefer as much notice as you can give as we can get booked up months in advance. If you have a late notice request, by all means let us know and if there is availability we will always try to accommodate your request.
  • How much do your cakes cost?
    As we create individually-designed custom cakes, our prices are determined by the size of the cake and the complexity & style of the design. Each of our cakes is quoted individually, taking into account the number of people to feed & serving size, your overall cake design, flavours and delivery charges where applicable. If you would like to obtain a quote, please provide your details via the Enquiry/Contact form and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Overall Cost will be confirmed once design is finalised. To give you an idea of our costing, please refer to the 'Starting From' price guide below:- 'Petite' cakes - from $100 (6-8 dessert serves) 'Small' cakes - from $200 (10 dessert serves) 3D sculpted cakes - from $450 Single Tier - from $280 2 Tier - from $400 3 Tier - from $650 4 Tier - from $900 5 Tier - from $1100 6 Tier & above (Price on enquiry). NOTE: Above prices are Starting approximate prices ONLY and do not include the finalised cost of your design, cake decoration, delivery and additional cost for some bespoke cake flavours. Individual-serve Mini cakes (each approx. 2.5-3" diameter, 1-2 small portions per mini):- 'Premium' (fondant tops only/decorated) start from $8 each 'Luxury' (full fondant covered/decorated) start from $15 each Please Note: For our Minis, there is a Minimum order of 4 in one flavour or minimum order 8 for more than one flavour. Our Mini cakes are also available as individually-boxed Guest/Wedding Favours, for Special Occasion collaborations (for e.g. Bulk individual boxed for Mother's day functions) or can be 'Custom-Branded' for your business gifting or special occasions.   • What deposit is required?
    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for your order, with the balance due by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to Occasion date. This Deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable (to a new order or persons). For cake orders within 4 weeks of your Occasion date, payment is required in full to secure your booking for your order.
  • What happens if I need to change or cancel my order?
    Please note, Deposits paid are Non-refundable and Non-transferrable for Cancellations (or Postponements if your new date is not available). Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 14 days of your Occasion date. Detailed Terms & Conditions will be outlined in your formal Booking form. Changes in design or increase in numbers can be made up to 8 weeks prior to your occasion date and may incur a fee to cover the cost of reworking the design and/or work already completed on your order. If your current booked event has been impacted by Covid restrictions and you wish to make changes to your booking, please email us at info@roseberrycakecreations.com.au so that we can provide more information on our Covid Terms & Conditions and work closely with you to agree a suitable outcome.
  • Can you deliver my cake?
    Yes, delivery is available (at cost) so please specifiy your delivery address/venue at the time of your enquiry and this can be included in your quote. Cakes are also available for pickup from Balmain (Sydney), by appointment only. For Weddings and large/multi-tiered cake orders, Delivery is firmly recommended to ensure your cake arrives safely at your venue. For more information on this, please also refer to the 'Weddings' section below.
  • How do I transport my cake?
    As a minimum, Cakes are provided in a half box for transport. Assistance will be provided to help you get your cake into your car where required, but it always helps if you have someone to hold the cake for the journey. In warmer weather, air-conditioning is essential.
  • How do I store my cake before the event?
    Cakes need to be kept in a cool, dry place like a benchtop, but definitely NOT the fridge as it makes the fondant sweat. The fondant and ganache acts as a seal so the cake will remain fresh until you're ready to enjoy it!!
  • Do you provide a Wedding Cake consultation service?
    Yes we offer a Wedding Cake consultation & design service. To enquire, please provide your details via the Enquiry/Contact form and we can then arrange a cake consultation appointment for a suitable date & time. Consultations are available either 'over-the-phone' or an in-person 'face-to-face' meeting, depending on your preference. For your cake consultation & design discussion, we can discuss aspects of your wedding such as overall styling, theme, colours, flowers, as well as attributes of you as a couple which are taken into account in designing your Wedding cake. It is also useful to provide an idea of Dress/Wedding attire, design & materials and any Styling themes as I can also incorporate design elements of this into your cake design. We also have Cake Tasting boxes available periodically if you would like to try some of our delicious Cake Flavours - refer to the 'Cake Tastings' section below for more information.
  • Can you deliver our Wedding Cake?
    Yes of course! and this is firmly recommended to ensure your Wedding cake arrives safely. Please include your wedding venue address details at the time of your enquiry and your delivery cost will be included in your cake design/quote. Just to give you an idea, delivery/setup costs for Sydney CBD, Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Blue Mountains regions range 'from' approximately $40-$80 and approximately $120-180 for Hunter Valley, South Cost/Southern Highlands regions (dependant on actual venue address & setup requirements also). Your Wedding Cake is hand-delivered by myself to ensure your cake arrives safely at your venue and your cake is setup/stored as necessary for your function. Your Cake Delivery/setup includes: liaison between you the client & your venue co-ordinator to confirm delivery timing, venue site details such as site access, room setup timing, cake table/cake positioning and provision of parking for your cake delivery return trip transport of your cake to your designated venue cake placement/ setup onsite at your venue arrangement/placement of cake florals, cake topper or other onsite (if supplied by you and not provided beforehand). *Please note, Cake Florals placement/styling will be determined as part of your cake design process.
  • Do you offer Cake Tastings?
    Yes we offer Cake Tasting boxes which are available as a new release scheduled periodically so that you can taste our delicious flavours and will be announced via our Social Media pages. Each Cake Tasting box release will contain set flavours chosen by us and may contain something different to the last based on seasonal, popular or even trialling new flavours. Our current list of popular Cake & Ganache filling flavours available can be viewed here via Cake Flavours. Tasting boxes will generally contain up to 6 different cake flavours of standard 'Dessert-sized' slices (2" x 1" wide), so you get two finger sized portions per slice, each made up with matching recommended ganache filling. Our Tasting boxes are available via Express Post (Australia Post) to ship to most areas within the Express Post 'delivery zones' for Sydney, Greater Sydney and beyond including some regional areas and interstate zones, or via pre-arranged delivery/pickup.
